Legal advice when you need it. 

Center Members are eligible to receive legal assistance. The client must be the nonprofit organization itself and not individuals whose interests might be opposed to the corporate interests of the nonprofit (e.g., an employee facing termination). 

Attorneys may be able to answer specific questions about certain forms in an hour, but cannot address more complicated matters in the allotted time. Use this service as many times as you'd like throughout the year. 

Examples of appropriate questions include, but are not limited to: 

• Charitable giving issues 
• Tax exemption 
• Wage and hour compliance
