The goals of the ATO, Inc. are to conduct community service activities and develop multi-family housing, as a general partner, in the Southeast Raleigh community.

To be a neutral third party that builds a collaborative approach through partnering with community organizations to offer comprehensive resources to assist homeless families off the street and back into homes.

We provide communities with affordable housing and opportunities for growth and revitalization by investing in qualified tax credit products.

To offer a comforting home away from home and a community of support for seriously ill children and their families.

To provide assistance to families and their children who are victims of domestic violence with transitional housing and emergency shelter for families in a housing crisis while providing them with case management, financial literacy and links to community resources to help them regain their independence.

To connect churches with communities in order to meet social and physical needs such as wheelchair ramps, porches, yardwork, groceries, and racial and socioeconomic reconciliation.

To strengthen neighborhoods with expanded homeownership opportunities; to provide quality rental housing for families and seniors with limited incomes and to enhance the economic well-being of residents of DHIC communities and low-wealth neighborhoods.

Providing food, shelter and hope through Christian love.

To provide housing and services to homeless families; to engage volunteers in meaningful ways; to advocate for homeless people.
