National Fabry Disease Foundation
To help ensure that all individuals with Fabry disease are identified, diagnosed, and treated in time to avoid a diminished quality of life or life-threatening consequences, to provide assistance to individuals with Fabry disease and their families, to provide Fabry disease education and awareness, to promote continued data-gathering and research to improve treatment opportunities and to find a cure.
Skraban-Deardorff Syndrome Foundation
The Skraban-Deardorff Syndrome Foundation has been formed by parents and medical professionals worldwide to foster relationships and organize resources to benefit individuals with Skraban-Deardorff Syndrome. Our goal is to raise funds for research, promote public awareness, and align scientists, patients, parents, clinicians, government agencies, pharmaceutical companies and other organizations dedicated to treating people with Skraban-Deardorff Syndrome and related diseases.
Therapize
Our mission is to develop and coordinate therapeutic programs that are poorly funded and/or unavailable to children in our community. We work with all special needs children and their families with a concentration on kids on the Autism Spectrum.
Coastal Bringing Up Down Syndrome of Southeastern NC Inc
We believe that every child has the right to be accepted in their community and have similar opportunities as that of their peers. Our mission is to support, connect and provide resources and opportunities for people with DS and their families in Southeastern North Carolina.

The Mission of the Heart of Cary Association, Inc. is to inform, engage, support and empower member merchants, organizations, and residents of downtown Cary as well as its adjacent residential neighborhoods. This mission is carried out with our vision that through service, networking, and informational event session, we actively cultivate a downtown community that is vibrant, inclusive, diverse, dynamic, and fun for everyone who lives, works and visits Downtown Cary.

Our mission is to make a positive difference in the lives of those affected by cystic fibrosis. We strive to raise awareness for CF by sharing our story and educating others about this disease all while rallying monetary support for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

North Carolina Down Syndrome Alliance is an effective, compassionate, and comprehensive resource on Down syndrome throughout North Carolina. NCDSA envisions a culture in which all people with Down syndrome are empowered to achieve their full potential and live healthy, productive lives as valued citizens within the fabric of society.
