The Charlotte Folk Society is dedicated to promoting the ongoing enjoyment and preservation of traditional and contemporary folk music, dance, crafts, and lore in the Carolinas Piedmont since 1982.

The purpose of the Lewisville Historical Society shall be to discover, collect and promote the preservation of Lewisville history and preserve its historic landmarks. This Society will cooperate with other citizens, societies and agencies to preserve and protect Lewisville’s rich heritage.
