EDI Roundtables for Nonprofit Executives

The EDI Roundtables for Nonprofit Executives is a five-part, interactive series for nonprofit leaders to generate ideas, actions, and practical strategies they can implement within their organizations to recognize and eliminate systemic barriers and practices. Looking through the lens of five essential nonprofit management practices rooted in the North Carolina Center for Nonprofits' Principles & Practices: Best Practices for North Carolina Nonprofits guide, and building on our Walking the Talk initiative, this series provides a brave space for courageous and meaningful dialogue that addresses the nonprofit sector’s racial leadership gap and the policies, practices, and organizational cultures in nonprofits that exacerbate these gaps.

Who should attend:

  • Executive Directors, CEOs
  • Senior Level Staff
  • Staff Directors (HR, program, finance, development, communications)
